Building Pro is owned and operated by Bill Hollinger. Building Pro is an industry leader in delivering high quality commercial modular buildings throughout the southeast region of the United States. Bill has been in the portable building business since 1979 and has consistently delivered personal customer service and satisfaction along with cost effective solutions for each of his individual customers.

Building Pro brings factory direct, low overhead, consumer pricing. Bill personally custom designs each commercial modular building. A commercial modular building by Building Pro can be any size. Each unit is designed to include all your wiring, phone and cable connections, and all ADA requirements.

Modular buildings were first used for portable construction office buildings that could be moved from site to site. Today, their applications have expanded and they are used for permanent building applications such as real estate offices; attorneys’ offices; school classrooms; churches; marina offices, shower and break rooms; and more.

Building Pro will manage the whole process of designing and ordering, and assure the completion of each project.
